District 121 is partnering with Life Time Fitness to offer a free yoga session every Thursday during the month of April. Starting at 8:00 AM, prepare to unlock your mind and body with a fully guided Vinyasa experience led by Life Time Fitness.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have enjoyed yoga for many years, your instructor will provide physical cues, guidance and variations to enhance your experience. Allow for better energy flow with fluid movements that help release tension in the body.
